As part of a strategy to widen Nottingham’s appeal, we are committed to working with others, including the new Place Marketing organisation to help promote the city to a wider audience beyond the immediate catchment area.
We have provided YOOHOPP, a digital platform which embraces the changing consumer habits by linking the online and offline place, to businesses in the city. YOOHOPP is a website that shows products from retailers which are available to ‘Click and Collect’ from Nottingham, reconnecting web consumers with trips to the high street.
48 Hours of Fashion was a key event delivered by the BID and we are committed to putting on exciting events which will increase footfall, dwell time and spend in the city. We are also committed to working together with partner organisations in the city to ensure our events are part of a larger city wide calendar and can therefore maximise impact and secure both regional and national coverage.
